North End Addition and Renovation

This classic Hamilton historic house has been remastered and turned into an eclectic family home with charm. What started off as a third storey addition slowly but surely turned into a total house renovation to bring the homeowner’s vision to life. Drawing inspiration from the existing design features, the space incorporates one of the original stair newel posts, highlights the original brick, restores the original pocket doors, and introduces a low height play area on the third floor and a passage between the closets for the children’s bedrooms.
